ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Welcome to BALAJI TECHNO SCHOOL, a highly progressive and enterprising school in Laknepally, Narsampet, Warangal pledged to provide quality education with great emphasis on traditional values. At BTS, we are re-inventing education by breaking old moulds of thought. This progressive thinking has led to progressive teaching methods and brought about a tremendous change in how education is imparted.
The students of The BTS are encouraged to develop the habits of mind in a joyful learning experience. To that end, school offers a broad, rich and challenging curriculum. Academic offerings are traditional in structure yet, with a broad exposure to the liberal arts like dance, drama, singing, art & craft, designing, animation, adobe, sports academies and selective opportunities to pursue individual interests.
Here at BTS the effort is to provide challenging classroom experiences designed to encourage curiosity, self-expression, joy, and aesthetic sensibility. Classes are small and teachers encourage students to participate actively in discussion, to work together creatively to solve problems, to communicate their ideas effectively, and to learn from each other.
School curriculum can be demanding, but the culture of the school is also caring and supportive. Students build personal bonding with their teachers. The atmosphere is one of cooperation and a shared endeavor in the pursuit of learning and growth. Extra help outside of the classroom is an important element of the school culture as teachers recognize their students’ individual needs and learning styles. We believe that students learn best when they can trust in their teachers’ kindness and understanding and when the classroom is a place for all questions and ideas. The underlying philosophy of multiple intelligences is evident in the curriculum as it weaves its way through inter curricular links.
What to teach and how to teach are the two most important decisions the faculty makes. The BTS has always viewed program evaluation as an important ongoing activity in the school to ensure effective delivery of the academic plan inside the classroom. Curriculum revision has always been orchestrated by departments or by individual teachers under the opinions and guidance of expert educators.
We define ourselves as a community of learning, one that educates students from diverse backgrounds to a full measure of their talents and humanity. Together, we seek to:
